Do you ship worldwide and how much does it cost?

Yes, we ship all over the world. International shipping charges differ from country to country and are calculated at the check-out stage of the purchase.

 

Are there any products that cannot be shipped overseas?

I have just paid for my order, what happens next?

You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received, and a second email for each order once your order has been dispatched, which will contain a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your order. If you cannot find your email or tracking number, please contact Info@TheOrganicProject.com and we will do our best to help you.

 

Will I receive more than one parcel for my order?

Possibly because it depends on how large your order is. You will receive a separate email and separate tracking number for each order, therefore, you can keep an eye on your parcels in transit.

 

What is the return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that goods are returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and require a receipt or proof of purchase.
