SHIPPING & RETURNS 

 

We offer USPS shipping based on weight, to try to keep your shipping costs down.   

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2  to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 Please note that due to the Pandemic, there are unusual long delays in receiving packages due to a high volume of orders at the Post Office and Postal Transit Services.

Please understand that these are service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We ship with USPS

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

But since our US Domestic shipping charges are FREE, you don't have to worry about it.

 

International Shipping Rates and Estimates

We ship with USPS, and shipping costs are $50.00 (flat fee)

Please note that  your shipment will likely arrive in your International country          in 8 to 20 days from the day your order is fulfilled.

Bear in mind we are expecting delays due to the overburden on the postal system during the Pandemic.

International Orders:  Free shipping for orders over $175

 

Guam Local delivery

We offer Free local delivery/ Meet up for all orders to all Guam Customers.

 Deliveries are made from 10 am to 4 pm on M-F. We will contact you via an email message with the email you provided at checkout to arrange the schedule for meet up in Agana.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

Great Britain and the European Union

Central and South America

Singapore

Taiwan

Japan

Hong Kong

South Korea

 At this time, we do not ship worldwide.  If your country is not listed and you really want to place your order and have us ship to you, send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  The Organic Project  is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at theorganicprojectusa@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at theorganicprojectusa@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that goods are returned within 10 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To Apply For A Return Or Refund: 
Please email us and fill out your name, order number and reason for return/exchange

For Any Returns: 
We recommend using a traceable shipping service (or purchase shipping insurance) as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund will be processed accordingly. 
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
